Fee Payment and Service Policy

This policy explains how online fee payments work and how our services are delivered. Kids Waves Play School provides educational services and does not sell or ship physical goods.

What you are paying for

Online payments on this website are for school fees and charges such as registration, admission, monthly, quarterly, annual and transport fees for students of Kids Waves Play School.

Service delivery

• Educational services are delivered in person at the school campus in Sector B-4, Narela, Delhi, as per the school calendar and timings.
• No physical product is shipped. There are no shipping or delivery charges.

Payment confirmation

• PhonePe, Razorpay or Cashfree: you see a confirmation page as soon as the payment succeeds, and a receipt is emailed to you.
• UPI QR / UPI ID: after paying, enter the UTR number on the website. The school verifies it, usually within one working day, and then confirms the payment by email.

Payment methods

You can pay by UPI, debit or credit card, net banking or wallets, depending on the payment partner you choose. All payments are in Indian Rupees (INR).

Due dates

Fee due dates and any late fee are as per the fee structure issued by the school for the current session.
