Refund and Cancellation Policy

This policy explains when fees paid to Kids Waves Play School, including online payments, can be refunded. Please read it before making a payment.
Fees that are not refundable
- Registration fee: not refundable once paid.
- Admission fee: not refundable once the admission is confirmed.
- Monthly, quarterly and annual fees: not refundable for any period that has already started, including if the child is absent or withdrawn during that period.
Withdrawal
To withdraw your child, please give written notice to the school office at least one month in advance. Fees for any future period already paid will be refunded after adjusting dues, if the notice is given before that period begins.
Payments made by mistake
- Duplicate or extra payments: if you pay twice or pay more than the due amount, contact us within 30 days with the payment reference. The extra amount will be refunded or adjusted against future fees, as you prefer.
- Wrong student details: contact us and we will correct the record or adjust the payment.
Failed or pending transactions
If money is deducted but the payment shows as failed, it is usually reversed automatically by your bank or payment partner within 5–7 working days. If it is not, contact us with the transaction details and we will help resolve it with the payment partner. Please do not pay again until the first payment is resolved.
How refunds are paid
Approved refunds are made to the original payment method (card, bank account or UPI ID) within 7–10 working days of approval. Bank processing times may add a few more days. Cash refunds are not given for online payments.
Cancellation by the school
If the school cancels a program or cannot offer a confirmed seat, all fees paid for that program will be refunded in full.

Send the student's name, class, payment reference or UTR number, amount and reason to the school office:
