This Privacy Policy explains how Kids Waves Play School ("we", "us", "the school") collects, uses and protects personal information when you use this website, send an enquiry, or pay fees online. • Enquiry and registration forms: parent's name, mobile number, email, address, city and state; child's name, date of birth, age and the class you are interested in; any message you write.
• Franchise enquiries: your name, contact details, city, state and details about your property.
• Online fee payments: parent's name, mobile number, email, child's name, class, the purpose and amount of the payment, and the payment reference or UPI transaction ID (UTR).
• Technical information: your IP address and basic browser information, used for security and to prevent misuse.

We do not collect or store card numbers, CVV, net-banking passwords or UPI PINs. These are entered directly on the secure pages of our payment partners.

How we use your information

• To respond to your enquiry and guide you through admission.
• To process fee payments, confirm them and send receipts.
• To contact you about your child's schooling, fees and school updates.
• To keep records required by law and for accounting.
• To keep this website secure.

We do not sell or rent your personal information, and we do not use it for unrelated advertising.

Payment partners

Online payments are processed by RBI-authorised payment aggregators such as PhonePe, Razorpay and Cashfree. When you pay, the details you enter are handled under their own privacy policies and security standards (including PCI-DSS). We receive only the payment status and reference.

Who we share information with

• Payment partners, only as needed to complete your payment.
• Our website hosting and email providers, who store data on our behalf.
• Government or law-enforcement authorities, when required by law.

Children's information

Information about a child is collected only from a parent or legal guardian, with their consent, and is used only for admission and schooling. Photos or videos of children are shown on this website only with a parent's permission. To remove any photo of your child, contact us and we will take it down promptly.

How long we keep information

Enquiry details are kept for up to two years unless your child joins the school. Student and payment records are kept for as long as your child studies with us and afterwards for the period required by tax and education laws.

Security

We use secure HTTPS connections, keep records in protected storage, and limit access to authorised school staff.

Your rights

You can ask us to show, correct, update or delete your personal information, or withdraw consent for its use, by contacting us at the details below. Some records may need to be kept where the law requires it.
